Welcome to your faculty's course collateral online eStore
Campus Card Services have worked with your faculty to provide an easy to use online eStore that will help you purchase the materials you need to carry out your units of study. All items have been selected to ensure they meet your course requirements and appropriate Australian safety standards (as required).
To use the service is simple. You need only register the once and then you can begin shopping to have your order shipped direct to your door. When you have purchased your goods, you can track your order online and manage your account.
SHIPPING OF ORDERS
When the warehouse has shipped your order, they will send you an email (to your preferred email address) with a tracking number and the name of the company that has been used to ship your goods. You can use this number to track your parcel throughout the course of its delivery.
Packages are sent via Fastway Couriers or Allied Express. Orders are normally shipped between 2 and 7 working days from date of order. If you will not be home when your order is due to be delivered, please provide an alternative address at the time of placing your order. Orders not able to be delivered at your address are returned to the warehouse which may cause delays in you receiving your package.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
If you are an international student and do not have a permanent NSW address, you may request that your order is sent directly to your faculty. If you do require this service, please ensure that you clearly state your full faculty address as your delivery address. If you do not know your faculty address, send an email to faculty.onlinestore@sydney.edu.au who will supply you with the full address.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS
Please note that course collateral stock is not kept on the University of Sydney grounds. Your orders are shipped direct from a third-party warehouse based in Artarmon, there fore all packages will incur postage and handling costs.
